Mark was a fantastic guide. Very relaxed and full of information. He was flexible and gave us options as we went along. It was a hot day so we did a variety of indoor and outdoor touring. Would highly recommend Mark as your choice of your guide.
Hi Greg. Thank you so much for the wonderful review and such a fun time. Yes it was a really hot day for June and we walked a lot. Yes quite a lot. It was my great pleasure to show you ‘My Favorite Tokyo’ Looking forward to seeing you again sometime.
We were looking for a knowledgeable guide for Tokyo and Mark was everything we wanted. His English is fantastic (actually lived in the US growing up). He took us to several things we would not have found on our own, the best example being a Buddhist religious ceremony which was really something to see. He is also a very nice guy, with a sense of humor. He also chose a great restaurant for lunch. Highly recommended if you are serious about seeing and learning about Tokyo. Kent and Luca
Thank you for your wonderful review. Well, I don’t think my English is that good at all. However, I really appreciate your comment and it’s encouraged me a lot.
We spent our first day in Tokyo with Mark and the 8 hours gave us a great overview to the city. Mixed some popular spots with more unique out of the way visiting. Would recommend Mark to others looking to learn a bit about Tokyo and have some fun while doing it
Thank you for your fabulous review. It was a great pleasure to show you, such a wonderful family, my ‘Favorite Tokyo’.
Mark initially asked what are the "must see" places of our day. He gave a suggested itinerary based on our response. He was also very amenable to changes we made during the tour on the fly. His knowledge of Japanese history and culture plus his insight into the modern Japanese point of view was invaluable. We had a wonderful day with Mark!
Thank you so much for the wonderful review. It was my great pleasure to show you around my 'Favorite Tokyo'. I'm sure that the day I spent with you will be my one of my best memory as the tour guide.
