The northern lights cannot be guaranteed. We won't take you out if the cloud and activity forecasts are poor. In this case we'll reschedule the tour for a more suitable night, or issue a refund.
Please dress warmly. It can be bitterly cold to be outside at night in winter in Iceland. Don't forget there might be wind which makes any temperature feel much colder.

No, but we are willing to cancel the tour same afternoon if the conditions are poor for no fee. Also, if you have another evening available in Reykjavik we are willing to shift the tour to another night - as long as we have availability.
