Hello! I am Javier, national tour Guide/ Birder / operator and I love my job, I am working in this industry for 5 years, during this activity I have met people from all over the world thanks to this I have been able to adapt my services depending my customers. I have a very broad knowledge of the history of my country, the colonial center of Quito, the history, thanks to previous experience I know the most traveled routes of the country, Coast, Highlands and Amazon, even the less traveled routes for wildlife observation. In this platform I would like to offer the services such us, City tours in Quito - Middle of the world, full days and circuits around the country, all this would be subject to change according to the preference of the tourist and I would like to focus much more on birding, as I have been birding for a long time and have traveled to the most diverse hotspots in the country and this has led me to specialize in birds. I was backpacking in South America for a while, Brazil, Argentina, Uruguay, Paraguay, Chile, Argentina, Bolivia, Peru and Colombia, I Been in the most famous places for tourists, if you need free information just ,eat me know. Best regards

Hi, I’m Vivian and would love to tour you. I am the 4th licensed guide in Ecuador history, 54 years old and have toured for 32 years well over 8,000 travelers with nothing but highest reviews, over 4,000 positive comments letters on file. I am Ecuador’s longest serving, licensed guide and a commercially trained and licensed safe driver, never an accident, never a client hurt on tour. I am one of four elected, unpaid officers running our National Tour Guide Association. I tour all of Ecuador with specialties in and around the Quito, Mindo, Otavalo, Cotopaxi, Quilotoa, Banos areas as well as the Amazon. I used to be a tour leader for the Galapagos. I tour from one to fifty clients. I can change/adjust your tours right “on the fly” as we go along, am that flexible; my tours are not set in concrete. I am a U.S. Citizen as well as native Ecuadorian, part Andes indian. The guide you choose will be the difference in your day and trip. I have a happy disposition and many say I was like being with a, highly knowledgeable on Ecuador, friend. See on this site my excellent standard tours; I also can make Custom Tours for you. My average response time to letters is less than three hours, often immediate if not out on tour.

Izakaya and Sake!

Maki is an engaging guide; friendly and interesting. She took us to a local Izakaya, smoothing the way to explore various food and drink choices. As a sommelier, she was well placed to advise and instruct on Sake which we knew very little about. After our delicious dinner we went on to a beer hall which had many offerings. We concluded the evening with a walk in the beautiful and peaceful gardens atop Ginza 6. Lovely evening Maki. Thank you

Maki K.

Thank you for your wonderful review. The two of you are best friends who can speak their minds to each other, and it was a really fun night, as I felt like I was included in your group. Thank you very much.

Amazing introduction to Japan's culture and Tokyo tour

Yumi was lovely. She organised our day trip according to our wishes and made us feel very welcome. It was very hot so made perfect suggestions where to first so we don’t caught up in the sun too much. She told us a bit about Shinto and Buddhism religion to make us understand more when visiting shrines and temples. We also learnt a great deal about Shogunate period. We can’t recommend Yumi enough!

Most memorable tour of Kyoto

Kazuhiko was lovely. He organised our day trip according to our demands and made us feel very welcome. He also took the time to tell us about the history of Japan and its traditions. It was extremely hot in Kyoto but yet we still manage to visit a lot of places. We can’t recommend Kazu enough.

Kazuhiko G.

Thank you for your kind review. I apologize for making you walk in the very hot weather and for not being able to provide you with sufficient guidance due to the heat. Did you get rid of your fatigue? I hope this tour will be a memorable experience for you in Japan. Please come back to Japan again. Thank you!!
