The City of London: Hidden and visible history

Art, Culture, & Historical

The City of London refers to a tiny part of this large metropolis, which is a financial centre and a historical core of it. Although it looks like the most modern part of London with a cluster of skyscrapers, it hides 2000 years of history, peculiar ceremonies and a key to London's success and the power of the British economy. From St Paul's Cathedral - an architectural wonder and a symbol of London's resilience through windy streets of the City to the Tower of London - formidable fortress.
