Within the first 10 meters from our meeting place, Roberto had already covered a big chunk of amazing historical facts. Absolutely mesmerizing! Kazu was extremely helpful and polite. I recently moved to Japan and booked a guide with him for a couple of days to get my feet planted and get used to Japan and he was excellent. He taught me how to use the subway system showed me good sights in Osaka and Kyoto and showed me which stores to go to for which necessities. 10/10
