“ Excellent tour of Kyoto ”
We booked a Celebrity cruise around Japan. The stop at Kyoto is the Port of Osaka. To avoid the large, impersonal tours offered by the cruise line we decided to book a private tour to help us navigate public transportation to Kyoto and avoid some of the crowds. Hiroshi was an excellent choice for a guide. He speaks very good English and is extremely knowledgeable about the sites and explained their historic significance. He took us to a local restaurant and we had a fabulous bento box and great sushi.

Without doubt one of the best day in Japan today . We were warmly welcomed by Hiroshi and had a fantastic start! The guide and tour was excellent . We had a great day in Kyoto. “ Well organized and informative tour with Hiroshi ”
Pretty intensive in walking (22k steps, 16 km, elevation worth 17 floors), a well developed route with no waste of time, and nothing missed from what originally planned. Hiroshi is a great guide - he lives in the area and would tell you well beyond you can find in tourist resources. We enjoyed the guided tour with Hiroshi.

When you visited at Fushimi-Inari shrine and walked through countless orange color trii-gates, you may feel like you were in a different world ! and when you entered the Sanjyu-sangendo temple , you must feel like you were walking in the forest of Buddha !
