The old and labyrinth-like district of Alfama with its narrow streets and small houses takes us back in time before the earthquake.

Praça do Comércio

We will end our tour at the greatest square of city, Commerce Square, overlooking the river Tagus. From the square you can have a lunch break at the many restaurants nearby or do your own shopping tour at the Augusta street.

Transportation can be arranged in advance (prior 1 week from the tour)

Although we will avoid very steep streets, Lisbon is very uneven. Comfortable shoes to walk on old cobblestones is required. Please note that we will take the funicular, public transportation that might be busy.
