The Bleu Gate : is one of the most beautiful gates of the medina built in the 12 century with it bleu and green colors restored in 1912.
The Quaraouine University; is the oldest university in the world founded in 9 century where about 500 student followed different courses like theology, koranic low , islamic low,,,,,,,,etc.
Moulay Idrisse Tomb; it is the holy place in Fes where we can see the tomb of Moulay Idrisse the founder of Fez and the Idrisside dynasty.
The Tanneries; also called Chowara is one of the most spectacular sites where they work leather.
The Nejjarine Museum ; museum of art and wood craft trade
Seffarine Place ; its the largest square in the medina knowing by it copper work and in that place you can enjoy the metal work done by hand.
Medrasa Bou Inania; it the most visited theological school in Fes by the tourist built in14century.

Mohamed was an excellent guide. I loved that he shared with my family the history of the Medina, not only the facts but also the cultural and religious history of the people who live in the Medina. He also pointed small details that going it alone one could easily miss. Mohamed gave my family and I an experience that we will remember forever.
We spent a lovely day in Fes with Mohammad as our tour guide. BTW it is impossible to go around Fes' Old City without a guide, as it is the largest old city in Morocco and you can easily get lost in its narrow alleyways. Aside from being very knowledgeable about the history of the city; Mohammad was very attentive to our preferences and needs as a family with 3 children. He made it a point to ask us what things were we interested in seeing/buying/doing and he tailored the tour accordingly. for instance, we wanted to perform Friday Prayers at al-Qarawiyeen Mosque and we were interested in buying an authentic Moroccan Carpet and he made both things happen.
Mohamed, born and raised in Fes, is the best guide to explore this complicated, historical & attractive city!
