Takashi! Did a wonderful job taking us two families (from Australia) through Osaka on his nightlife tour! As a part of the tour he took us to a local favourite restaurant for Okonomiyaki - which was the best we had tasted!! Takashi even went above and beyond taking us to karaoke (at our request) and singing us a wonderful rendition of Stand By Me. We also burnt his eardrums. Takashi was an excellent guide with many interesting facts and excellent knowledge of the area. He was also very aware of great photo opportunity spots and was more than happy to play the role of photographer for us as well. We really appreciate your professional guidance Takashi! We had a wonderful guided journey through Kyoto with Kanae. Kanae guided My hubby, myself and our 6 year old daughter (who was very tired after 6 days of touring prior). Having Kanae drive us around in her car was such a peaceful and relaxed Kyoto experience. Kanae was very well organised and she made the tour flow perfectly for us and our situation with our tired daughter. Kanae also took us to a traditional Japanese restaurant which was something we wanted to do…. We were the only foreigners in the restaurant. We 100% recommend Kanae to anybody reading this. Don’t think twice….. just book her, she is so lovely and really go’s the extra mile! Also for what it’s worth Kanae’s English is excellent!
When traveling to a foreign country, communication can be difficult. That was not the case with this travel company. From the day I made the reservation, communication was excellent.
