Tsukiji Fish Market is one of the biggest fish market in the world. You can enjoy the hustle of the market and taste the sample of some Japanese local food, and have local sushi lunch. After Tsukij, head for Asakusa, the oldest and biggest temple in Tokyo and the oldest shopping street where you can find Japanese souvernior or Japanese snacks. What to Expect
Walk around Tsukiji market - the kichen of Tokyo - and find every possible ingredients and foods and so on. You can find fresh seafoods, tuna head, premium fruits, as well as Japanese traditinal cook such as egg omlet, fried fish cake, etc etc, It is really the food amusement!!
Before heading to Asakusa by subway, we may have sushi lunch at Tsukiji.
Asakusa is one of the most popular tourist destination in Tokyo where you can visit the oldest and biggest temple- sensoji temple, and surrounding area.
The Nakamise street which lead to Sensoji temple is the oldest shopping street where you can find Japanese items and snacks. After walking on busy street, we will also walk side street where you can feel more local, quiet and relax walking.

Please note that many shops in Tsukiji Market is close on Wed, if it is fine for your we can conduct tour.
This is walking tour and we walk a lot, so please wear comforatble shoes on.
Most of the local shops does not accept credit card, so please prepare Japanese yen.
If you have any allegy on the food, please let me know in advance.
We wll use public transportation to move from Tsukiji to Asakusa.

“ A relaxed and fascinating walk in the past with Sachimi-san ”
I was eager to explore the outskirts of Tokyo. I chose Sachimi-san because her tour was specifically focused on Kawagoe, an area where different past architectures merge: Edo, Meiji, Tasho, Showa. Sachimi could help me with the logistics. We could visit Kitain temple, where I was lucky enough to assist to a burning ritual and sutra chant, and then Hikawa, a shrine with a playful atmosphere. With her, I had the most delicious unagi I ever had in my trip (I am picky about unagi!). We strolled around in the joyful Kurazukuri street which is abundant of vintage shops, that I love. We visited a brewery, a really old soy factory...so many things, but I never felt any rush. Sachimi-san was always flexible and could easily read my interests. Time really flew! I hope to walk again in those streets in the future. If so, will be again with Sachimi-san.

Very nice, flexible, and helpful guide. Helped us navigate the train tickets and our dietary restrictions (even brought us gluten free soy sauce). We were glad to have a guide with us especially during our first few days in Japan!
