A main Shinto shrine of Aomori city, Utoh shrine.

In this building, there are souvenir shops, ramen restaurant, Japanese food restaurant, observatory and 3-D movie theater.
Especially, from this 3-D movie, you can get lots of sight-seeing image of Aomori.

3 hours short walking tour mainly along the shinmachi street that has roofs.
First, we visit Nebuta Museum Warasse where you can learn local summer festival Aomori Nebuta festival.
Then we walk through a commercial street to a shinto shrine named Utoh shrine.
Pray for your good health and happiness of your family members there.
After that, you can enjoy souvenir shopping at a big triangle building ASPAM.
At ASPAM, you can try Japanese Sake Tasting.
There is a fantastic 3-D theater you can learn Aomori sightseeing highlights.

We were only in Hakodate for 1 day. Tomio, our guide, was able to fit in a full day of activities into the day with being flexible at each activity to allow us the time to enjoy it. At the Market, Tomio, made sure we visited all the unique stalls and the stalls with the best food selections. We opted to take public transportation which worked well out well with our budget. Overall, Tomio was a great guide and my family enjoyed the day.
