I am so very glad that I booked this service to help us manage the few hours between the end of a cruise and our flight home. The booking was easy, and they got my input on the tour stops at that time. The driver contacted me a day ahead and made sure we were in contact. He was on time and very helpful in guiding us to find him. Our driver was very flexible in getting us places and giving us time to ourselves, and he suggested adjustments to the schedule along the way that helped us. It was wonderful to get in a few last sights before we left Japan without worrying about storing luggage or making it to the airport on time. Would 100% book this service again.
We had a lovely day exploring the highlights with Toshihiro-San. Although it was raining the whole day, he patiently guided us through the entire city, explaining the highlights and history of each of the stops, whether it be the Imperial Palace and Japanese royal family or the Kabuki Theater and history of this uniquely Japanese art form. We had a memorable day in our first full day in Tokyo!
Mai is the absolute best!!!! Not only does she make seeing all the one piece statues easy, she provides In Depth knowledge of the Kyushu region. It was so fun to learn about the rich history of Kumamoto. The country side is soooo beautiful and more people need to visit it. It’s indescribable. Mai is very accommodating, respectful, and fun! She made sure I was comfortable the whole time and even made time for us to get food. Speaking of which, please take her recommendations as she showed me the best ice cream I’ve ever had and best ramen I’ve ever had! She is so knowledgeable in so many things and really made the experience one of my favorites. I plan to reach out to Mai again the next time I’m back in Japan as this felt like I was really seeing Japan and seeing the beloved One Piece statues. Kaneo was very knowledgeable and patient with our group. We had young children and so we had to adjust the schedule throughout the day and he was very flexible with us. Would definitely recommend!
